ITALIAN COOKING MASTERCLASS

Masterclasses are held in various restaurants located in picturesque locations around Rome.

You will be given a masterclass in the preparation of Italian first courses: fresh pasta – pasta fresco (fresh pasta refers to various products made of fresh dough that can be stored in the fridge.)

After this masterclass – you will learn to cook in Italian!

With the guidance of an experienced chef and interpreter you will make fresh pasta, fettuccini, tagliolini, cappellini and filled ravioli or any other pasta, as well as pizza and other Italian first courses.

Everyone performs what the maestro shows you, who personally monitors each participant to make sure that everyone succeeds.

Further, together with the chef you will prepare your own dishes and taste them, drinking local good wine.

You can take photos and video during the lesson. An assistant interpreter will help you with this.

When you return home, it will be easy to teach the secrets of Italian cuisine to your friends and family and you will always have a feast on your tables.

Wine tasting can be included if you wish.
