Amusement Park and Fairy Tale on Lake Garda
To be in Northern Italy with children and not visit Gardaland is a regrettable mistake.
The entire area of the park is divided into two zones: Gardaland – the territory of attractions; Gardaland Sea Life Aquarium;
A map is necessary for orientation in the park, which marks the location of all attractions. Fantasy zones are marked in blue; Adventure zones – in green; Adrenaline – in red.
Attractions for the youngest The Blue attractions “Fantasy Kingdom” – for children from 2 years old. All children under 100 cm tall enter the park for free. The main characters of this zone are a little green dragon and his friends.
The Adventure zone Adventure – the green adventure zone – is the highlight of Gardaland. There are age restrictions in this zone: no younger than 10 years. Each attraction in the Adventure series has a historical theme.
Gardaland Sea Life Aquarium – is an underwater world park located next to the main territory of Gardaland.
There are 13 marine habitats in 40 huge aquariums. You can observe the life of thousands of marine creatures from sharks to starfish.
Gardaland Sea Life Aquarium organizes shows, which are held at strictly scheduled times.
The schedule of attractions in the park depends on the season and holidays.
Every year there are changes reflected in the park’s calendar.
In February and March, Gardaland is closed.
Gardaland Sea Life Aquarium operates every week from Friday to Sunday in winter.
August is the traditional time for Italian families to visit the park; according to reviews, there are especially many people and long lines during this period. To avoid wasting precious time in queues – it is better to buy tickets in advance.
The park operates from the end of March to the beginning of November, with working days in December and January, but not every day.
