The season for the valuable white truffle in Tuscany opens on September 10 and ends on December 31. White truffle enthusiasts should gather in Tuscany during this period. However, if you missed the harvest of the ‘white forest diamond’, don’t worry, as starting from January until September of the following year, curly friendly dogs will be searching for other varieties of underground ‘treasures’ that will delight our taste buds while waiting for the ‘white king of autumn.’
