You will learn about the amazing delicacy and its secrets, get acquainted with the subtle process of interaction between man and dog during the exciting search for truffles, experience the thrill of the hunter and the joy of discovery, and finally – the inevitable tasting.
Truffles can be searched for almost any time of the year: in winter, spring, and summer, different varieties of black truffles are sought, while from the end of September to January – the famous white truffle of Alba.
