The restaurant is located in a small medieval walled vineyard, with a 14th century bell tower, on the small island of Mazzorbo. The restaurant also has a kitchen garden where most of the vegetables, including unusual varieties, are grown. The focus here, however, is on the cuisine – a close link between the lagoon and the Upper Adriatic: there is plenty of fish and vegetables on the menu and almost no meat.
