The programme consists of a visit to an agriturismo, a villa or a wine cellar in Bologna or the surrounding area, where a lunch with tasting of typical products (cheeses, slices, Parma ham, first courses prepared by the course participants themselves) and local wine, a lesson in making Bolognese tagliatelle. All this takes place in a pleasant home atmosphere of fun and local colour.
