Who among us has not read books about valiant knights, or watched exciting adventures about Don Quixote, Ivanhoe or King Arthur? There are hardly any such people. Therefore, coming to Barcelona, strolling through the Gothic Quarter, you can easily imagine that once upon a time ladies in lavish dresses walked here, and courageous knights together with their squires went on long campaigns. But, why imagine when you can go to a real knight’s tournament?

The excursion itinerary will consist of the following points:

- transportation from Barcelona – from the Costa Brava or Costa Dorada – to the destination;
- a visit to the castle where the Count and Countess meet their guests;
- a walk to a large hall divided into four colored sectors, each of which is responsible for a different representative in the tournament;
- an amazing dinner, during which the guests will be offered a magnificent meal that fully corresponds to a real medieval meal – homemade bread, soup, various wines, baked potatoes, a whole roasted chicken, etc.;
- watching at the meal a knight’s tournament with dressage, games, horseback battles, hand-to-hand combat, other competitions that took place here in the Middle Ages;
- selection of the winner of the duel on the basis of the audience’s sympathy.
