n
During the tour you will be able to see both the architect’s most famous buildings and his less visited but no less original works, some of which are privately owned.
You will visit the Sagrada Familia (Sagrada Familia), which for millions of people around the world symbolizes Barcelona.
Stroll along one of the city’s most elegant boulevards, Paseo de Gracia, and see the Apple of Discord neighborhood, home to Antoni Gaudí’s extraordinary and striking creation: the Casa Batlló (or House of Bones). At the end of this street, admire the great architect’s last private commission, the Casa Mila, better known by its nickname La Pedrera (or the
Quarry), the most photographed building in Barcelona. It was after the completion of this building that Gaudi said these words: “I am too old to tolerate the whims of rich clients”. And he devoted 43 years of his life and practically all his savings to the construction of the Sagrada Familia.
You will also see the Calvet House, the Guel Palace, the Vicens House – the early works of architect Gaudi. We will visit the Parque Güell, which is a pearl of harmony between nature and Gaudi’s magical architectural forms, learn about his personal life and little-known facts of his biography.
