Etna tour by jeep.
You’ll drive off-road to one of the slopes of an ancient volcanic depression. Then, after a short hike through forest trails, you’ll find yourself in the middle of the vast Bull Valley (Valle del Bove), where breathtaking scenery awaits.
Exploring ancient lava flows and millennia-old forests, you’ll feel spellbound by the majesty of Europe’s largest active volcano. You can choose a half-day or full-day tour.
If you choose the half-day tour, after visiting the Bull Valley and walking along the amazing path along the volcano, you’ll be treated to a wine and local produce tasting – the perfect end to your trip.
If you choose the full-day tour, you’ll also visit a winery where you’ll be served a light lunch based on local Etna products. This will be followed by an excursion to Zafferane Etnea, an amazing place where lava stopped in 1992 in the immediate vicinity of the village. Here you will taste the famous honey from Dzaferan Etnea as well as other local products. In summer, a stop in Zaferanna will be replaced by a visit to the Gorge of the Alcantara River (Gole del Alcantara), where on the banks of the river you can marvel at millennia-old landscapes with ancient frozen lava flows.

Winter: low temperatures, we advise you to wear a certain style of clothing for the cold, rain or snow.
Summer: temperatures are quite high but windy; bring sunscreen, wear summer clothes, bring a sweatshirt or light jacket. Please dress comfortably and wear shoes suitable for long walks and climbing on unstable surfaces; please do not wear open toed shoes or heels, sandals or flip-flops.
