Knowledge of falconry was brought to Europe by the Holy Roman Emperor Frederick II, and hunting with birds of prey became a privilege of the nobility. Falcons were highly prized and often presented as a pledge of peace – they were exchanged between Christians and Saracens during the Crusades. Today, falconry is once again very popular.

In 2016, UNESCO included falconry in the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

We invite you to a falconry show in the picturesque hills of Tuscany.

In this tour you can get to know these birds better, understand their habits and habits. A professional falconer with his falcon or several birds will demonstrate what these amazing birds are capable of. You will see how they listen to their master, and every time they return to him, and it seems that nothing prevents them from flying away to freedom…

There will be no hunting during the tour.
