Bassano del Grappa (Bassano del Grappa) is 40 kilometers from Vicenza. There is a grappa museum where you can taste this drink and listen to the history of its production. Bassano del Grappa and Nove have been producing ceramics for centuries. You can visit the ceramics museum. During a pleasant walking tour through the small medieval streets, you will certainly look in the tiny cozy stores and buy your favorite ceramic products. In the city you can see another creation of the great architect Andrea Palladio – the main bridge over the river Brenta, which offers a beautiful view of the city and the mountains approaching it. From the bridge you can clearly see a huge trout swimming at the surface of the water, looking at the tourists waiting for a treat.
