  • Walk through the historic center
  • Basilica of San Simplicio
  • Roman aqueduct and traces of ancient Olbia

Description:

Upon arrival — private transfer and free time for an initial stroll around Olbia.

Olbia is a lively port city, from which the exploration of northeastern Sardinia begins.

In the historic center, you can find the Basilica of San Simplicio from the 11th-12th centuries, the ruins of the Roman aqueduct, traces of the Punic necropolis, and fragments of the ancient urban environment.

Outside the city, on a hill with a panoramic view of the bay, are the ruins of the medieval Pedres Castle from the 13th century: massive walls, a tower, and an open perspective of the surroundings.

The schedule remains relaxed: without a tight pace, focusing on the first sights and the historical context of the island.

  • Porto Rotondo
  • Stella Maris Church
  • San Pantaleo

If desired — a beach break for relaxation and swimming.

Vermentino di Gallura DOCG with local snacks or a fish lunch with white wine — upon request.

First stop — La Maddalena Island and Caprera.

On Caprera, you will find the house-museum of Giuseppe Garibaldi, the memorial chapel, and the family cemetery.

After the historical part — swimming in the sheltered bays of the archipelago.

In the end — a stroll through the town of La Maddalena, the only urban center of the archipelago.

  • Coastal Lagoons in the Oristano Area
  • Oyster Farm
  • Oyster Tasting (upon request)
  • Beach Day in Northern Sardinia (optional)

Description:

The main option is a trip to the coastal lagoon near Oristano and a visit to the oyster farm.

Local specialists demonstrate the cultivation lines, stages of oyster maturation, and explain why this lagoon shapes the flavor profile.

The tasting takes place right at the farm: fresh oysters are served without elaborate presentation, usually with a light white or local sparkling wine (upon request).

An alternative is a beach day on one of the northern Sardinian coasts (optional).

For fishing enthusiasts — a boat or yacht outing with a captain, equipment on board, coastal fishing or seasonal trolling, with breaks for relaxation and swimming (optional).
